Cancellation, Return & Refund at “Be Kind”
At “Be Kind” or “www.bekind.co.in”, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 7-day Very Easy Return Policy for all of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery of product. Here’s what you need to know about our return policy:
Eligible products: All products purchased from “Be Kind” or “www.bekind.co.in” are eligible for return, with the exception of final sale items, which cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items will include products such as Digital Prints (downloadable) and/or products which have special mention on their page.
Time frame: To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Return requests received after this time frame will not be accepted.
Condition of returned items: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included. If items are returned in a condition that suggests they have been used or damaged, we may not be able to process a refund.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment i.e. via bank transfer/return transfer to your card (in case of prepaid transactions).
Return Shipping: We offer free return pickups in all major locations of India. However, in case of remote areas where return pick up is not available (owing to logistics limitation) the customer will have to ship the item back to us. In such case, we will reimburse the logistics cost incurred to the customer on actual cost subject to fulfillment of all the conditions. Refund will be made post the receipt of the product.
